In its third year of operation, the Tortuga & McToogie Railroad is based on the wonderful narrow gauge lines of
Colorado. This raised bed line includes 300' of track, a 30' river with falls and rapids, bridges, a 16' long tunnel and a storage shed built into the line. During the summer of 2011, landscaping continued with the installation of an air powered control system for the switches, lighting and watering systems. We also added a 70 ft. trestle. Much of the rolling stock has been built from PNG and NNG kits. |
